Boring Questionnaire

I was looking through my gmail drafts and found this, under the subject "boring questionnaire." It appears I filled it out a few months ago but I have no memory of doing it, maybe because it was so boring? Who knows. It appears to be a questionnaire about your spouse. Like i said, Zzz... uhh, not that my spouse is boring. But you know. Usually these are kind of lame. But to give you something to read, I'm posting it. Ha ha. Suckers.

Happy New Year's Eve. When you're watching the ball drop tonight, think of me, about 5 1/2'ish miles southeast in Bklyn. We did go to Times Square one year. I think these pics are from 4 years ago.

His name:
Seanmo

How long have you been married? 5 years

How old is he? 30

Who eats more? We probably eat the same amount...and it shows.

Who said "I love you" first? Um.. i think I mumbled something lame like "I have love for you" and then spent the next few minutes trying to pry something similar out of Sean's mouth.

Who sings better?
I think we both sing well enough.

Who is smarter?
Are you kidding? Please. me. No, Sean is freakishly smart. But I'm street smart.

Whose temper is worse? We are both pretty even-tempered. But it takes approximately 3 years for Sean to lose his. Sometimes i lose my temper in attempts to provoke him to lose his. "What is WRONG with you. Are you dead inside??"

Who does the laundry? We take turns.

Who does the dishes? We both do.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed?
If you're looking at the bed, me. So if someone busts through our window and attacks us, I'll get it first and Sean can use my body as a shield. Thanks Sean. It's ok. I will protect you.

Who pays the bills? Usually Sean. He is very organized and orderly.

Who cooks dinner? We both do. I do it on the weeknights and he on the week ends. Sean is a chef though, for sure. I would like to send him to culinary school.

Who mows the lawn? Lawn?

Who drives when we are together? Drives?

Who is more stubborn? Oh i don't know. I am sometimes, he is sometimes. I'm pretty sure we are the same person.

Who is the first to admit they are wrong? Me, except this has not yet had to happen. In theory though, it would be me.

Whose parents do you see the most?
I see my parents more than Sean's parents but he sees both sets of parents probably the same amount.

Who has more friends? This depends, do imaginary friends count? Ha ha, lame.

Who has more siblings? I do.

Who wears the pants? Neither. We are a low-key, casz couple. Holla.

OR... we both do, but the same pair of pants. And then we like to run 3-legged races.

two comments needed here:

1. Re: Saying "I love you" - it was TOTALLY ME. Your nonsensical 'have love' thing has nothing to do with it. I win!

2. Re: Using your body as a shield - In the grand tradition of urban architecture, there are bars on our windows. This means that any danger entering the bedroom will come through the door, therefore I sleep on the protective, heroic, danger-facing side of the bed.

Do you have fond memories of the Ball Drop that year? It is nice to say that I did it once, but I think I can just leave it at that. The pics still remind me of the cops yelling at us like we were criminals and not being able to drink anything for fear of needing to pee and not be able to get back into our cattle corral. Yeah, good times at the Ball Drop. I'm looking forward to watching from the comfort of my la-z-boy chair.
