i didn't say it would be a good post

I had a dream last night I was walking around town with a friend and ran into Stanley Tucci of whom I am a fan. He was with a friend of his and they were going to go to lunch and at the last minute of our conversation, he invited me to join them. I friendly-like said, "Lunching with Stanley Tucci? It would be an honor!" He said, "Oh PLEASE... don't say my name like that" as if he had millions of people fawning over him all the time. I said, "what? It's ok. It's a good thing. I mean, you could say the same thing to me and it would be perfectly appropriate. It's just that my name is not a famous name. But I'm just as significant." It was this really great speech and he said, "touche..." and I left him to ponder that while i walked over to the soda fountain and stupidly overflowed my cup that was clearly already to the brim to begin with.

**end of dream.**

No, GREAT post.

I love absolutely absurd dreams like that that are also somewhat realistic.

That is too awesome. I wish you could've really said that to him or someone else famous!!
