J

I recently learned (when i typed "fun science facts" on Google to read to Sean during dinner) that the letter J is the only letter in the alphabet that doesn't appear on the periodic table of the elements. I hate chemistry, but, as we know, I love my name and particularly cherish the letter J as my own.

So. Interesting. I don't have an aptitude for chemistry and apparently chemistry doesn't have an aptitude for me. And thus we live in harmony.

Yeah, I found a website a couple weeks ago where it will give you a fancy periodic-table-style name. How disappointed I was when it wouldn't work for me...

that sounds so nerdy, yet somehow i'm very interested. I'm a dichotomy.

If only you had posted this a week ago... That was the question I missed while playing cranium. "True of False, J is the only letter not on the periodic table." You'd think there'd be at least one more. Why J..? But, now we know, and also that this bit of knowledge may come in handy to us all at some time in the future. love you Jen!
