Better late than never

I almost forgot about these fall fotos I took. I always forget that our fall actually hits its peak in November. So I'm not that late. The leaves around our house were gorgeous. I stop in my tracks and gasp at the beauty around me. Enjoy.

And some profiteroles Sean and I made the other day. Gasp at the beauty of these, why don't you.

Oh how I would love to be in New York in the Fall! I've been twice, once in March and once in April. Both AMAZING, but I think Fall would be exquisite! Is Fall your favorite season to be there?

I really miss NY. I loved walking through Forest Park in Queens during the fall. Beautiful! Also, I loved going through Dyker Heights in Brooklyn for the Christmas Lights. Some of the houses there were AMAZING! What a great time of year.

By the way, the profiteroles look really tasty, in a mean, frothing-at-the-mouth-monster-of-the-mud-pit (extra hyphen) sort-of-way, but tasty, none-the-less.

Come to think of it, we have a mud pit by our house . . . I wonder if any profiteroles live there?

Wow! Yep, you are right. It's beautiful. One day I'd like to visit back East during the fall. That food looks delicious too. What is it? Cream puffs?

Fall IS my favorite season here. I think it was made for the east coast.

Scott, i didn't know you spent some time in NY. Dyker Heights is in our stake. One year some friends with a car drove us around the 'hood and you're right, the lights are pretty dang awesome.

Profiteroles--cream puffs, yes. Filled with ice cream, topped with ganache. Happiness for all.
