But that's definitely up for a lot of debate within the running world. (Not that I am a part of that world, I just hear rumors every now and then!)<br /><br />I spent the first 11 years of my life skipping everywhere. It wasn't until I reached 6th grade and everyone made fun of me for it that it occurred to me that most people just WALK. Now I can't skip without getting incredibly winded and I find that pretty sad.
